It was only a few days before, I was surprised and shocked about how our norms towards ‘Gender-Equality’ grew, It all began from ‘suffrage’ (the right to vote in political elections). I suppose. We are nearly two centuries from the date when women made strikes and suffered to vote in general elections and here we are asking for equality in emotions. ‘Suffrage-Movement’ is clearly hailed a s the first wave of Feminism when a long untold battle took place. It was only then, the feminine gender realized they were deprived of opportunities to choose who rules their nation and called for rallies. It is clear that behind every equal right and opportunity in which we thrive today there are a number of women and a few men who protested and fussed for their rights against those who clearly enjoyed suppressing the so-called weaker gender. Let me assure you with the next few minutes of reading. This isn't about the disadvantages of what the topic says nor the advantages because we have plenty of folks on the internet to talk about those.
